1. What is the material used for making your products ?

A: We use a wide array of raw materials and metals ranging from high grade Brass, Chrome and Nickel Plates, SS Pipes, White Metal parts, rubber parts, etc. But our main ingredient for our bath faucets remains Brass only. It is led free and durable, which provides it the strength it needs to endure constant use.

2. How long does it take to dispatch my order ?

A: We at Supreme try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We are more excited to deliver our products to you than you are to receive. If your order is in stock, it might even be dispatched on the same day but if it is not, then it is manufactured which takes a day or two on an average, so please be patient with your order.

3. What will I get with my Tap or Faucet ?

A: For majority of our products, we provide all the flange or washer, pipes, connections, brackets, screws, etc that are needed. In case some products are delivered as it is only. So, if you need any extra allied items, do contact us.

4. How do I keep my Tap or Faucet shiny?

A: Initially all taps are freshly chromed and nickel coated, so they don't lose their shine easily. But over time, in Indian water conditions(salty and hard), it starts to develop scales and marks which is unavoidable but can be surely kept to a minimum. For that, daily wash your faucets with plain water only and wipe them with a dry cloth. Never use any Toilet Cleaning Liquid like Colin, Harpic, etc. These are reactive with the chrome and may do more harm than good. Or you can use tap cleaners also.
