To avail your product's warranty, please make sure you have your account created on our store page and have the warranty card handy (in case of purchase from a retail store) for us to provide service for your products.

HOW DO I REGISTER A COMPLAINT?

You can call us at our Toll-Free Customer Care No-1800 1035 266, anytime between 10 AM to 5 PM IST (Mon to Sat) for registering your complaint. Please note the complaint number that would be given to you for your reference by our executive.

WHAT WILL SUPREME DO UPON COMPLAINT REGISTRATION?

Upon receiving the complaint which is regarding defect or leakage, the company will at its option either-

a)repair the products by sending in a technician through the authorized dealer.

b)replace the product upon unsuccessful repair.

The decision of Supreme will be considered final.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY ANYMORE OR I DON'T HAVE THE BILL OR WARRANTY CARD HANDY?

In the case, the warranty period is over or the bill or warranty card is not present, we can still provide the service for our products. In that case, a minimal service fee may be charged for the repair and if any replacement of damaged pieces is required, it can be delivered at minimal rates as well. TIPS FOR MAINTAINING YOUR FAUCET

All these issues that come up in a faucet over time can be handled, but it’s always good to maintain your Faucets and Bathroom Accessories over time the same way you maintain your bathroom. Some tips for extending the life of your faucets are:

• Most faucets need little care and maintenance on a day-to-day basis. Cleaning your faucet with a damp cloth and a mild cleanser(Don’t use a glass cleaner or tile cleaner), followed by drying with a soft cloth is normally all you need. • If you live in an area with hard water, you have additional cleaning challenges. The high mineral content of hard water often leaves lime deposits on your faucets and fixtures. They can be stubborn and difficult to remove. Clean them occasionally to avoid hard deposits.

• Aerators are also an important feature in faucet maintenance. An aerator mixes water and air to ensure a smooth flow from the faucet. It consists of a housing, screen insert, and rubber washer. We often ignore aerators, but they are subject to the same mineral and debris build-up as the outer housing of a faucet. Experts recommend you periodically clean your aerator about once a year. Cleaning your aerator is relatively simple. All you need to do is remove the aerator from your faucet, keeping the parts in the order in which they were removed. Then flush the parts with water and clean the screen with a toothbrush. For hard water deposits, soak the components in vinegar. Once you’re done, simply reinstall. If you’d rather avoid the trouble of cleaning the aerator, you can simply purchase a new one from us. They are inexpensive and are available online as well.

• To make your chrome faucets gleam and shine, try putting a dab of baby oil on a cotton ball. Polish the faucet with the baby oil. You’ll see your reflection smiling back at you.
